MEGALODON AIR DILUENT CCR OR COPIS DIVER – mod 1

This is the entry level Technical Diver certification course for divers wishing to utilize the Megalodon closed circuit rebreather (CCR) for air diving. The objective of the course is to train divers in the benefits, hazards and proper procedures for diving a CCR and to develop basic CCR diving skills to a maximum of 100fsw/30msw using air diluent for minimal decompression diving.

This Course will give you a solid grounding in the use, ownership and diving practicalities required to maintain and customize a (ce approved) Megalodon rebreather. You will be trained in the bail out procedures and proper buoyancy techniques required to safely dive your unit. This course is accompanied by a service and repair workshop for in-field problem solving and maintenance.

Student prerequisites:

Min. Age: 18 years of age
Min. Certification Level: EAN Nitrox diver
Min. amount of Dives: a min of 20 logged open water dives

Course Duration: 5 days and includes 8 dives/500minutes on the unit to a maximum depth of 100fsw/30msw

Course Enrollment Details

Enrollment in a diving course guarantees you excellent and complete training. However, it does not guarantee you a certification card. You must earn that. All of our training is performance based.
